1.         Definitions
“Site”                           means www.justmotorlaw.co.uk which is owned and regulated by Kirwans Solicitors
“Terms of Use”           means the Terms of Website Use detailed below

“We” “Us” “Our”          means Kirwans Solicitors, a Partnership providing legal services whose main trading address is Suite 108, South Harrington Building, Brunswick Business Park, Sefton Street, Liverpool L3 4BQ, whose VAT number is 595-5994-62 and whose.

3. Acceptance of the Terms of Use
By using this Site You indicate that You accept these Terms of Use and that You agree to abide by them. If You do not agree to the Terms of Use, please refrain from using the Site.

14. Jurisdiction and applicable law
